We ask all buyers a set of standard questions
Dream Castle has built into its platform a set of standard questions that are asked to a potential buyer of any property we market. These must be answered if the buyer is to communicate with the seller.
The questions asked relate to whether the buyer is currently in a chain or not and other similar questions. Other related questions are then asked, these questions are similar to what an estate agent might ask.
For example Cardiff estate agents may ask potential buyers of a property whether they have a mortgage in principle in place for example. At Dream Castle our marketing platform does exactly the same. This is asked to all potential buyers. The buyer’s response is then submitted to the seller in the first email exchange between the buyer and seller.
You show buyers around your property
Most sellers arrange what is called block viewing appointments. For example say you were selling a 3 bed terraced house in a popular area like Whitchurch within Cardiff.
You are likely to have tens if not hundreds of emails from buyers for such a property if its the right condition and location.
Our marketing platform allows you to receive expressions of interests via email from buyers. You as the seller can then work out whether you wish to invite the potential buyers to your home for a block viewing date. This works in a similar way to how an estate agent would arrange a block viewing date. The only difference is you show potential buyers around your home and not an estate agent.
How do you do the pre-vetting work similar to what some estate agents may do in Cardiff?
